Just finished the singleness chapter! Now starting the dating chapter. I like the idea that dating is meant to be an evaluation rather than an emotional commitment from the start. It talks about how there is distinction between love and attachment: the idea that much of our heartbreak comes not from love itself, but from our attachment to a particular outcome and holding onto the what-ifs etc 🙈
