Status Updates From Carlos Is Gonna Get It

I am loving this book! I mean, I'm not that deep into it yet so nothing has really happened but I do have a couple of questions. What did Carlos mean by the "Aliens" visit? Does Carlos has some sort of a disability? Why does the book not talk about Tina, like AT ALL? She is the narrator.

I really just wanted to read a book that was different from any of the other books I'm currently reading. I have some questions about this book though. Why was Carlos late to class? Does Carlos have a disability of some sort? Also I'd just like to say, Bella Harb, my friend, she's in love with Carlos.

I am literally pages from finishing the book, but I just wanna say that Carlos didn't deserve the trick, I'll be honest. He obviously has problems that are difficult to control. However, the number one person to blame in my opinion is the teachers. My reason why is he obviously has problems that frequently interrupted the classroom, yet wasn't put in any special classes. Does that make any sense?

The trick finally played out and I don't even know what to think anymore. Both of my theories didn't happen. However, I have one final prediction. I predict that Carlos is going to be found alive, but not well at all, and he's gonna have to go to the hospital. I really feel like this because of Trina making up fake scenarios in her head of Carlos being dead, but lets be honest, almost all fake scenarios, are false.

The prank has now started and I am still holding onto the prediction that Trina's "guilt demon" is gonna stop the prank. However, I have another prediction that may possibly happen. The prediction goes, that Carlos is actually gonna be smart and realise that the flying saucer is fake, and the alien costumes are fake. He'd then probably say something like, "Why are you guys dressing up as aliens?".

I predict that Carlos is either going to say something to Trina, or give her something to make her forgive him about what happened. I believe this because at the part where Ms. Atkinson talks to Trina asking her if some kind of prank is going to happen, she says that Carlos is gonna talk to her.

Why Carlos just.... WHYYY!!?!? Carlos was doing so well, being so normal. But then once the presentation happened, THAT'S when he needed to start acting up? This book is giving me pain and making me even more upset when I have to stop reading.

I predict that Trina is not going to stop the trick on Carlos exactly, what I mean is I believe that the trick is going to happen, but right before Carlos sees the aliens, Trina decides after forever to be the good guy and say, "Guys, could we maybe not trick Carlos into this, he's not as bad a you think."

I stopped reading right in the middle of when Trina and Sara were at the halloween store, and Trina describing what the workers there looked like in great detail. I predict that these workers are somehow going to build character in Trina simply off the fact of how well they are described.

The topic that Trina and Carlos have is "African predators". One thing that I noticed was that after Carlos and Trina were talking about how Jaguars would act super friendly to gazelles at first, but then attack and eat them, Trina said how that is kind of whats happening with her and Carlos, since Trina is trying to prank Carlos. I predict that Trina is going to try and break this fact this by stopping the prank.

Donte made a joke about Carlos and Trina dating and now I want to just stop reading because of the horrible memories of other kids making fun of me and this one girl, and they were saying the whole Ryan and blank under a tree and you get the point.

To be honest I kinda forget exactly what the science project was, but there was some kind of science project that Trina's class was doing and she got paired up with Carlos, and, I have a prediction. I predict that during this whole project thing Carlos and Trina are going to get along very well and that may lead to her having to stop the trick that Thea was planning on doing to him.

I have a prediction. So basically there's this fellow called Carlos always acting up and a group of friends have a plan to visit him looking like aliens to scare him, that's all you need to know. What I predict is that during the prank of scaring Carlos with fake aliens, real aliens will visit him and chaos will ensue.

This book does seem good but it confuses me a bit on why Carlos is acting the way he does. It's hard for me to tell if he's just a weird kid, or he's mentally challenged, or he is literally getting visited by aliens. But either way I don't think I'm gonna find out until much later.
