One of the few problems with the Triad Edition is that they cut total run time by not letting some of the more emotional scenes breathe properly. :(

Is Teddy Hamilton literally just saying the word 'scoff'? Twice? Is that what's supposed to be happening? I mean, it's a very Teddy Hamilton character type of thing to do. Reminds me of Niko going 'woof' to Bran. (Not that Embry and Niko are that similar.)

On to book 2! Still don't love the casting of Teddy Hamilton as Embry... But I'm glad to finally have him properly in the story.

I’m literally finishing this tonight and I have been hit by 2 Semi-trucks in 1 chapter. I’m crippled on the floor gasping for air. The way this book has repeatedly stuck the knife back in and twisted and I just stay for more. Quite literally just taking Prince Embry and running away. No one is treating my man right 😭😭
