I really enjoyed the first part of this book, I liked the second part but now the third part just has me waiting to find out how it ends. It’s such a shame, but I really can’t be bothered with it anymore

Kind of a mid read

GAH. It’s like the betrothed meets the princess bride. My reading experience can be summed up with white knuckles and the word GAH.

What in the phantom of the opera is going on with that monk! Also if I had a penny every time I read a 19th century novel set in Italy where a betrothed woman gets abducted into a convent/from a convent… I’d have 2 pennies. (rip pennies btw) was that a common occurrence?!
