Status Updates From George Washington (Vol 2): ...

GW is getting plenty of preparation to lead another ragtag army of farmers and roughnecks to victory someday.

GW sure had his share of nothing but trouble with his new command.

I just finished chapter 6 and I was amazed to hear that not only was Washington able to become commander-in-chief of an army at age 23 1/2, but he was also able to hold out for something closer to his own terms.

This book paints the picture so well.

It’s great to get back to this series after a pause of several years. I look forward to getting thru all 6 of the remaining 7 volumes!
