I’m already nonstop eating fruits and veggies. I’ve read this before and I think it’s SUCH an important read. Some of you may think it’s boring but I think the way the author speaks in the audiobook makes it much more captivating.

Fascinating info on how the fumes of grilling meat are carcinogenic and are more carcinogenic than the fumes of grilling tempeh or tofu (though these are mildly carcinogenic and it’s best to avoid fried foods) - but FUMES? Crazy.
