Very much, this book NEEDS to be known amongst the plethora of real estate focused books on the market. This book is for the new agent and the seasoned agents. Both can find value.
As a new agent (one month licensed), I can verify that this is NOT what they teach in real estate school. But then again, the schooling is not for the law side of things. Most importantly, most books don't teach this stuff.
