Status Updates From Civilization and Its Discon...

I honestly don’t know if I’ll get to finishing this book, it’s been good here and there, I even enjoyed reading some parts and making my own conjectures, but I’m at a point where it doesn’t feel interesting or the direction of his arguments are a little out there. I’m not doubting his prowess or hating on him, but it’s one of those books I’ll pick up where I left off in due time, but who knows?

Yes this is a research-related read, yes I’m counting it toward my Goodreads reading goal. Who’d have thought Freud would be so relevant to my research on self-compassion lol.
