I feel the need to scrub my eyeballs and brain out to be rid of this experience

This is one of those books/authors where I feel just gross reading

Everything about this is so stupid and just ugly to me.

I feel the need to go back for a comfort read pick me up now

I was ready with the first line of the prologue

That prologue shit seems so unnecessary

It’s made me judge this author, this story, and these characters already

I hate this shit.

I’ll be very surprised if chapter one changes my mind even a little bit

And that was just the prologue…

Where to even begin

The writing is shit
The dialogue and “voice” of this sex cat shifter character is supposedly a millennium old at least, and yet speaks like a “modern” person.

It’s giving valley girl, but the girl is middle aged and it’s not the valley, it’s middle America.

Ugh.

Only to come back and start with this book

I’ve never read such stupid shit in my life.
(That’s an exaggeration.. I’ve unfortunately read ALOT of shitty stupid shit in my life)

But this one starts off so horrendously that it needs that declaration from me for now.

I’m only reading this bc one reviewer recommended it in the comments of a time travel romance I’d just finish reading today. (Forever His) (It was shit)
The reviewer claimed this book/author along with a different book/author-was much better than what I’d read.

Esto... yo de verdad que no sé qué pensar. Me estoy riendo sola. En esta novela solo sexo como tema, Escocia, viajes en el tiempo y empresas extrañas, sexo como conversación, vampiros, seres extradimensionales, sexo como tópico para reír, una gata parlanchina, vergüenza ajena, sexo como capricho y, simplemente, sexo. Me estoy meando de la risa. Menuda mezcla.

Empecé este libro con pocas expectativas, pero me está gustando bastante; tanto que hasta me estoy planteando comprar el segundo sin haber leído ni pizca de la sinopsis de lo que sigue
