Loving this book so far. I’m learning so much and it’s a great mix of science and spirituality.

Wow! The past two mornings, I have done chakra chanting meditations. Each morning, different vowel sounds for them. I definitely feel calmer and more alert. When I’m chanting the vowels, I can hear harmonics from my voice.

I do have to warm up my voice before I practice I think. My throat feels strained. It probably doesn’t help my throat chakra either, lol!

I’m finally on the page that gives an instruction on how to use vowel sounds to resonate the chakras! I’ll make sure I’m prepared before embarking on.

Absolutely incredible! I’ve always been interested in harmonies and this gives me a vast understanding of why it has drawn me to it. I’m excited to learn more and to explore my own inner harmonics with my voice.
