Status Updates From The Hunchback of Notre-Dame

Only just read Shakespeare and Company’s introduction of the book and I’m already fascinated by the history.

The introduction was a wild ride & a little helpful for understanding the underpinnings and main ideas of novel. Not sure I like the translator’s intro though- used some crazy words to say simple things. Excited to delve into this book though!
