The 2015/16 premier league season has started and Leicester have won their first game against Sunderland 4-2. The fans are starting to build confidence to Claudio Ranieri as they are off to a great start to the season.

Now that the 2014/15 season came to a dramatic end, Leicester stay in the Premier League (14th place) and sign Christian Fuchs, N'golo Kante, and Shinji Okazaki during the transfer window. Ranieri is still criticized by the media as they don't believe he was the right person to manage the team.

As the new season is coming up, the predictions are up for the 2015/16 premier league season, Leicester City have a 5000/1 chance of winning the premier league, a 0.0002%. To put that in context the chances of finding the Loch Ness Monster is 500/1 chance, finding Elvis Presley alive 2000/1. It almost looks impossible for it to occur as they struggled to stay afloat the previous season.

Context is given of how Leicester City arrives to the premier league in the first place, by winning the championship (2nd division) after 5 years of trying. Their first season back at the premier league was disastrous, with 10 games to go they were last place about to be relegated to 2nd division. Nigel Pearson (their manager) leaves the club and Leicester sign Claudio Ranieri as his replacement.
