hm I liked that she ran away, not sure if that happens in this book or the second. I loveeee the tension and desperation it creates in the characters especially the mmc when he’s longed for her, desperately tries to find her and gets mad/upset that she even dared to leave. love. again I liked this series because it was different. he became less strong and powerful alpha vampire to me after the first book
