Status Updates From A Covenant with Death

This is a trial for murder book, very fast-paced and consuming. Really loving the narrator being a judge and understanding everything that is going on, but standing outside and seeing the whole picture as well.

This was one Kirk told me to read--wish I could tell him I finally am.

An interesting historical fiction novel with dual tracks, one professional and one personal. A good perspective on life in a small western town during the prohabition era. On the personal side, it takes on the task of identifying the moral differences between men and women. On the professional side it is a compelling crime/law drama with unique twists. More to come.
