This is a book too concerned with what others say that it skimps on saying something itself.

This is a really niche topic that you would have to seek out. I find it interesting. I also appreciate the bare bones approach. People might find it dry, but I kind of appreciate that it’s a Biblical survey in the purest sense.

More scholarly than I expected. First few chapters were pretty dry, but finally starting to piece together many cool themes in the last couple chapters.
