Could it be that the reason so many studies seem to show that men with higher testosterone levels tend to live longer or be healthier in general is because they are healthier in general and that’s why they have higher T levels? In other words, men who have better diets, for instance, live longer because they are healthy and as a result, their testosterone levels are normal or higher.

Gels and patches don’t sound like a good alternative to injections, but the pellet does. It’s probably too cost prohibitive for most people though.

“Although T therapy cannot compare to the tried and true weight loss programs that usually involve diet and exercise, many men do appreciate the changes and body composition that come with T therapy.”

“The symptoms often overlap with the symptoms of depression, often associated with aging.” I think if you also had the depression often associated with living in a once free country falling into tyranny you might have more reason for depression…

Low T is associated with osteoporosis in men. (Not necessarily a causal association, but they are commonly seen together in men.

“Sudden, weight gain or fluctuations and weight are not indications of low T.” I’m kind of surprised about that.

Here when talking about symptoms and signs of low T, makes it clear that you could have numbers in the normal ranch, but if you can feel your performances off safe, for instance, in the weight room, that could still indicate low T. he hasn’t said why but I’m assuming it’s because of free testosterone. That’s what I’m here to understand more about anyway.

There is no link between violent behavior and testosterone. There is also no link between testosterone and criminals. Based on everything we hear about testosterone, you’d think this would be the opposite

A couple of times now he is emphasized the calories in calories out model in analogy. It’s difficult to listen to this knowing that the calories in/out model was completely wrong and not think that he might be wrong about other things he saying. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt because the calories in calories out model has been around for a long time. Many have no idea that it has been proven incorrect.

“…when I described the difficulties i’m having T-therapy excepted on a wider basis, a colleague joked, “The reason nobody wants to take T, is that everyone considered an evil; athletes like Barry Bonds users testosterone to cheat, and my wife and her girlfriends would say they would be happy if all testosterone were removed from the universe based on the way, they think it makes men behave.”
