Status Updates From Gron's Fated (Ruth & Gron, #2)

I am stepping away from this one for a bit..
I haven't decided to DNF, yet, so I may be back..
I just need to take a rest from Gron and Ruth for the time being..

Currently in Chap 15... IDK why, but this book is moving so slow to me..
It's not necessarily boring, but it's not riveting either.. I've been able to step away from this one several times.. It's just taking forever it seems for the plot to really move forward here.. Book 1 was much more intense and interesting for me..

Will be starting chap 12 later...
I'm getting really scared but also annoyed by Kanru, Gron's oldest brother.. He's shaping up to be a real BASTARD😠😡🤬

Another plot hole... Book 1, she said Gron was in that coma for a week.. Now here in book 2, it's being said it was 2 weeks.. Did this author not have notes for her previous story to refer to?? & Gron's still saying Ruth not Gruth

But I am sooo hating Gron's family right now.. UGH!! A matriarchal society with males to balance it, shouldn't be this chaotic or so offensively aggressive where the females are concerned.

I see that Gron's older brother is about to be a pain in the a&& for Gron and Ruth🤬

Okay.. straight out the gate a plot continuum error here in chap 1..

Why is Gron referring to Ruth as Ruth, when all of book 1 he called her Gruth in speech and in thought?? 🤔🤔... Cause of their language barrier, he was only ever able to say her name in English in this way.. Chap 1 here, leads off in the same scene that book 1 ended on.. 🤨

About to begin this story.. It is a continuation of book 1..
I hope I love it

These two are SO cute together I love them sm!

I know I'll love the story but god damnit if the covers of this series don't look like high school Ms Paint™ projects 😂😂😂
