Status Updates From The 13th Floor (Tartan House)

Sam moved to a new school and made three new friends on the first day. That night they all stayed up and played video games and although sam didnt like how his new friends treated other people he stayed to fit in anyway.

Currently what is happening in the book is Sam had gone to Austins house one night with all the other jocks & well Austins friend tater gets a game called "the 13th floor" that is apparently banned in the states. Once Austin played he couldn't stop playing he was up the whole night it had as well as Sam and they just didn't realize time the game is getting in there heads.

The first few pages of the book are interesting. The author makes it so readers get attached to what they're and hopefully continue to read the book. Sam (the main character) had just moved to a new school and made friends with the football guys. That first night he had played video games with all of them and he was shocked by the way they acted. Like any new kid he went along with it. How might this affect him ?

So far what i get about the book is that they steal a video game thats banned from every state due to gore and violence, and somehow its gotten to there head.
