i love the book so far. i love the quaky relationship with the dad & how she’s talking about what she went through

I'm having to read this book differently than I normally read. "big hearted" being the key. Like when Bee says "i'm glad you didn;t kill yourself" in logical terms that seems too soon, they don't even know each other but if I see this book as an attempt to keep trans teens on the planet long enough to sort out some stuff and begin to thrive then it makes sense. It may be what the author herself needed. I read queerly
