Status Updates From Providence #2

Handwritting creates a nice visual effect. But I am not an english native and caligraphy (even if we use the same alphabet) changes from country to country. It's really tiring to read (after flowing through classic comics pages) page after page of cryptic (cryptic to me) handwritting. Otherwise, the series continues in its misterious tone, nicely paced narrative and brilliant design.

Too many comments that I forgot but came to mind as I read. This is why I like Alan Moore. Just some notes that he is very structured, almost to a fault, but it's what gives it form. The commonbook is a great concept, filling in details that would detract if put into the comic itself. And the hat, making you go back to look. Wish I finished but there is one part left to read.

Interesting little tidbit to start our main character's journey. Very conventional style of panels which I'm sure is Moore's intention.
