Status Updates From The Heart of a Dog

I started reading this to the kids—the writing was more complex than our usual read aloud, which we were discussing and understanding together, but each story we read ended pretty violently and was too graphic for this audience. I wanted to finish it alone, but never got to it.

The first chapter Fox, while a great story it is a very sad one. The second chapter is The Coming of Lad which is a great story however fictional. Those who have researched who Lad came to Sunnybank know Lad came as an adult. On the third chapter The Meanest Man which is a sequel to the book His Dog.
