Speed reading but it's actually good. I'm just wanting to complete it today. Yes, I'm a Christian. Yes, it's about Buddhism and meditation. They're actually not incompatible. Too many Christians don't understand internal peace and kindness and goodness, and the concept of "we're all sinners" has been warped into the Gnostic idea that everything about us is evil. Not true. This is about fear, and it's so good.
