As much as it hurt the control freak in me, who forces me to read every word of every book I start, I cannot finish this one. I have to put it down.
Oddly enough I like the ideas presented and believe in its statements but the overuse of "team member" got to me to the point of physical reaction.
Never had this happen to me before. Guess that's an achievement of sorts.

I've been looking forward to having the time to give Dan's newest book the attention it deserves, and it doesn't disappoint. His thesis—that there is a sweet spot for everyone where their personal purpose align with both their organization's purpose and the purpose of their role in that organization—is highly compelling.
