Status Updates From Black & White

It's a great book but I feel like your just waiting for Ruth to die and the book to end at this point.

I still can't wrap my mind around the actions at the heart of the central conflict. Like...why was the dad the only person in the immediate sphere of influence who had a problem with this?

I love her memoirs but I've only read one of her fiction books. It's time I tried another.
