Status Updates From The Phantom of the Opera / ...

this is pretty accessible for a classic, it brings back all the fun of reading classics in high school. its always interesting to peel back the layers of a book the more you learn about its historical context.

it has a subtle humor that I love. oddly also makes me nostalgic for my very short stint in stage crew/theater.

It has been so long since I read this book and the 2004 movie is on the forefront of my mind.
