The following part explores more on the implication of "Scuttlebutt" method in more applicable fashion, and Part Three covers more ground regarding the technicalities which differs from the previous parts which were more interpretive than technical.

Personally love this section discussing on the reflection of common stock in times of panic. The phrase "Don't be afraid of buying on a war scene" represents the spirit of seeing through the distraction of moral panic and to act logically in times of sharp economic downturn and its eventual phase of recovery.
