Mona Lisa is 30% done

Despite being a biography, there is little detail about Nur Jahan herself. Apart from her being 'powerful' and 'charming' a little is to be known about her in detail yet.
Although I am enjoying the intrigues of the Mughal court, it is not why I picked up the book.

This book is all about the Nur Jahan family and how she replaces every noble and important position by her brothers and acquaintances so that nearly 8% mansab by 1621 was owned by this family. Mughal ruler was but in name now !!
