I also HATE the amount of time given to the serial killers, yeah they are crazy religious fanatics - I get it, but the rinse and repeat kidnapping are annoying me. I can already tell they will be coming after Sloan, kidnap her and she will get saved at the end. Do I really need to continue reading? I think not.

I am near DNF'ing this one. I just can't connect to the story and it drags a lot. So much info that really doesn't have anything to do with the characters and story. I am half way thru and barely know Nash the romantic interest and Sloan the female cop. Her sister is dating Nash's brother and they are a better couple than the MC's.
