I think I should have binge-listened to this that first night or 2 bc I was really finding it helpful. The last few times I hear more that’s annoying or judgmental and some good little tidbits mixed in between. I think a faster listen might hopefully catch the good bits and skim past the rest for a jolt of encouragement and on we go.
