Not sure how I feel about him being a bully before they liked each other. I get people are complicated, but the fact she just took it and we don’t acknowledge it again is a little ‘boys pull your hair because they like you.’ Could she at least have stood up for herself a bit more?
I feel the author is trying to criticize relationships like there’s, but the criticism is a bit vague
