Still just an okay book. The mystery revolves around arson, murder and designer knockoffs. The main characters are a happily married couple, a divorced journalist who is the best friend of the happily married wife, a handsome, brooding sheriff of Kelly's Island and a handsome mysterious man named Michael and Michael's german shepard, Gunner. I suspect Michael and Gunner are ex military now law encorcement.

I was excited to read this book because of the location. I've been to Kelly's Island many times and love it. I'm into Chapter 6 and so far am not very impressed. I'll give it a while longer before I hold judgement, though.
