The writing from Oro and Grim’s perspectives feels weaker. Every few pages they’re declaring how much they love Isla or giving grand speeches about how amazing she is. It feels inauthentic and not how men actually talk. Because their thoughts revolve entirely around her, they come across as one-dimensional—more like accessories to the FMC than fully developed MMCs. I fear the 1st book may be the strongest
