Status Updates From The EVOL Algorithm

Although I love the world building and the ideas present in the story, it seems as after the main twist in the first half of the story, the book begins to fight itself as to keep its light-hearted tone, or to switch to a more fitting darker atmosphere. Also, I have no issue with the use of the word “they” rather than using gendered pronouns, but it can make parts of the book confusing as to who is speaking.
