Status Updates From A Odisseia de Homero

I just started reading this book and I'm very interested in it because it's another version of the Odyssey and I really like the story.

The main character, Telemachus, the son of Odysseus, from the beginning was plotted against, and disliked, due to his desire to find his father. The main people who made this judgement were his mother's suitors, since, if Odysseus returned, they would have no chance of marrying Telemachus' mother. They assumed that he was incapable and was going to either fail to return home safely, or to find his father.
