OMG Ophelia. How is just breathing so dramatic? I don't think I can finish this. Kids thinking about the same things over and over and over but nothing happening plot wise. Gonna try to make it but I really doubt its worth it.

Side note: I despise this narrator's choice of a constantly breathless, yearning, on the verge of tears voice for Effie. Is she written like this? Sure she's a teenager, but the other characters get to speak like normal people rather than a woe is me tragic heroine in dire need of a fainting couch and smelling salts.
