I’m loving this book so far, it’s my first dire wolf related book, I’m listening to the audiobook and reading the book so I’m doing the immersive read, I’m genuinely so surprised by how well written this book is, I constantly feel on edge every time Lee is with Merryn 😩 I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop

Currently 10% in - why is this book written like it’s destined to YA? The writing and the way the characters express themselves is very caricatural it’s annoying
