Okay at 150 pages I am now confused.
How does Belle not actively know how to use her magic when she works in a bookstore?
Like she could literally pick up a book and start looking at Harry Potter for Christ Sakes considering this is set in London.
Also I agree with Mod the sister witch and think Belle could cause major problems down the line.
Just remove the magic from her and get her to own the book store wow plot

All I have to say is I’m only 60 pages in and extremely intrigued.
The premise of this book has promise in terms of the way that the wizard introduced himself and also how the book store may play a role in the FMCs development.
This will be fun I feel and I am very excited for the next section to come after this so let’s see what’s next.
