The book encourages followers to be active rather than passive. Also points out that followers can have powers too but IMHO somehow romanticizes that followership power.
Although the book sheds light on the relationship between leaders and follower relationships, it doesn’t satisfy my curiosity of how followers can share common idea without a leader.
