foreshadowing - the main character tells her lover, "Don't die"

I couldn't find any foreshadowing in the section I read today.

My character has to choose who she can trust and what choices she can make next. She decides to not trust their side of the war and goes for revenge. Choosing this path let her back to her child hood friend/lover and now she has to make the same decision.

the author changes paragraphs when the character changes thought/has a new idea, a monologue gets too long, during conversations. Adds emotion, forces the reader to question the situation and take a pause before continuing reading.
