Status Updates From HATE CLUB

Lucy appears to be a bit of a seeker looking for meaning and (perhaps unconsciously) for community at the start of the book. I wonder if her initial interactions with the other groups were different of her mission would have been different.

This is not what I was expecting. I have bombarded myself with cult related things and being a viewer (not an expert or ex member) I’m seeing a lot of similar themes (but that might be just because I am either consciously or not unconsciously looking for them in everything).
