Devlin continues talking with Martha and they discuss Cherry Tree Harbor, with Martha even enjoying it, and Devlin discusses how businesses need to adapt in order to survive.

Devlin talks over to Lexi's Gran, Martha, and she states how Lexi isn't joining them for lunch, and Devlin explains how they met recently and didn't discuss their jobs (they were too busy with sex), Devlin talks about how he's the middle child with five siblings, and Martha also happens to be the same.

Devlin tells Lexi about his family loss, how he was a counselor at Camp Lemonade in Massachusetts.

Lexi is upset at Devlin for the whole thing, and the whole parent thing he told her makes her wonder if it was just a way to get trust from him.

Lexi isn't happy at Devlin when she sees him again, explaining that he knew.

Lexi's Gran introduces Devlin Buckley over towards Lexi, and it is revealed that he's the representative of Black Diamond Resorts. Lexi believes that Devlin likely already knew.
