Status Updates From Rifle Season (Mace Winters #1)

Good story. This was a Goodreads giveaway winner.

Plot is developing. Some minor spelling and formatting issues were found.
I am confused as to the significant of the mountain lion visage and the abrupt international crime group arriving poses a lot of questions.

Story is developing and the characterization of Mace is smooth. Although, I am confused as to whether the scene had a mountain lion or of that was a figment of Mace’s imagination.

The book is written very well. The writing style and subsequent diction works very well and is drawing me in.
I’ve found one typo, but it didn’t take away from my reading experience.
So far, we’ve been in the characterization stage and are learning about the characters and key events that are going to shape the story.
