currently reading and discussing at a book club. Very dense, but well worth the effort. Lots to discuss and relate to today's world where civil rights activism is framed as crime and people are kept in fear and feeling victimized and the political white is right need for an endless war to promote fear and to have people willing give up freedoms for perceived threats, and the end of real checks and balances.
