Status Updates From Nobody's Fool

I never write about my progress with a book but this one warrants it. I’m just over halfway through and it’s a conundrum. It’s got the most well developed characters and vivid descriptions but it’s not a page turner and it’s slowing my typically rapid reading pace. I have no idea where it’s going and what the ending might look like. I’m torn between wanting to know and wanting to move on.
