The monsters where trying to get the little girl and the mom stop them and then the guy safes they say bay because he saved the little girl .

The people where having a fun day until the monsters came back to kill them so they ran wheat from them for good and they couldn’t get anywhere.

Both of the men and woman die by the magical girls and the women get a flashback. She flashbacks about her going to the guy's house because he was a single father and went to meet his son. The women hung out with the little boy but when it was time to sleep time the little boy said he would love to have a mother just like her and also said that his father liked her. She cries to the flash back and passes away.

They are trapped and not know ing what to do they start dashing around the hospital. The magical girls were right behind them and so they jumped out the window since they didn’t have any place to run off to. Then there is a cut scene where the people from the helicopter get to the hospital but get attacked by one powerful magical girl. The lady and the guy die that makes it very sad

This part skips to Kogami, Sayano, Ashiya, and Natsukawa going on a helicopter to save their friends at the hospital. But suddenly Kogami faints out of nowhere making Sayano worried. The thing was that Kogami has gotten severely hurt from his feet since he wasn't wearing any shoes along the way. He has gotten a fever and lost a lot of blood but since they were going to the hospital they thought that he would survive.

Since Akuta had two magical wands that he got from the magical girls he thought that he was able to beat one of the magical girls. Yukata said he shouldn’t because the magical girl in front of them seemed to be very different. But Akuta didn’t listen and went ahead for the kill. The magical girl strikes with her wand making Akuta loose his arm. Magical girls were coming from behind not knowing what to do.

They try escaping the magical girl around the hospital and they go lock themselves in an empty room. Then all of a sudden a magical girl comes in and even gets in the way to make sure that the little girl and Yoruka doesn’t get hit. His half of his body got hit by the magical girl and so he dies. Then Akuta comes and saves them both from the magical girl. After that they go outside to escape but get surrounded.

As I was continuing the little girl felt the need to use the restroom. So Yoruka took the little girl meanwhile the guy waits. But the guy didn't realize that the magical girl was right behind him. After the girls got back from the restroom they went back to their room where they find the guy being attacked by the magical girls. The magical girl makes more than one magical girl that starts attacking the hospital.

Meanwhile, they try to get their friends from the hospital. Their friend was injured trying to get to the hospital. At the hospital, everybody was being helped with their injuries and was waited to be recovered. But some of the magical girls got in and the patients didn't know how they got in since the hospital was the safest place to be. But one of the friends was an imposter and was the one who created the disaster

They got into the helicopter am they left to go to the university Hospital. They still had some friends there so they asked if they can go to the hospital to save them. They said it was fine and so the left off to save them. Little did they know there was a problem at the hospital solve their friends we're being attacked by the magical girls.

Kii was about to die because Kogami didn't like her back after confessing to him. She thought she couldn't be happy any more since she lost her friend and the want of being loved. So she decided to sacrifice herself by being beaten off by the magical girls until all of the magical girls vanished out of thin air. After that, she ran to Kogami for she wouldn't be taken by the other magical girls from behind.

Akuta was about to die since he got struck by a magical girl. He was flying in the air thinking that he was already going to die there is no point in saving himself anymore. But then he thought that he shouldn't die and realized that he had the magical girl's wand and so he used it to avoid hitting the wall. He instead hit the window and thought that he had the power of the magical girl now.

A wave of emotions is just rushing through me right now, so much has happened, Akuta was supposed to die but didn't, he instead lost on arm, Ren dies and Yoruka is sad, Tsukune started this whole thing and Sayano and Kii have feelings for each other. This book is whole rollercoaster of emotions

The last part I was at they were on danger when one of the characters got shot on the arm and the monster was with them and shot the character again on the chest that made a big hole and he died after that. But after he died the officer came on shot the monster to save the rest.

Some characters were at the hospital and a monster came out and revived all the monsters they killed so the characters have to survive all monsters in a hospital.
