So far I have to say I don't know what book other people on Goodreads have read and absolutely blasted, I happen to think this is pretty bloody good so far and a clever way of a serial killer doing what a serial killer does.

This book is annoying me, why do we keep going back in time and why are we spending so much time with the mushroom lady?
