Status Updates From Emily Ever After

Almost there. Phew, it’s a doozy.

Everyone needs a Christian friend like Jenna to set you back on the straight and narrow. The ones who tell it to ya straight. The ones who know you’re in for it if you don’t watch it. And the ones who pray for you earnestly.

Ngl, it’s rare I find a late coming-of-age genre. Homie is figuring out life and learning about herself after college, and I think that’s a like lot of us who recently graduated (myself included).

Putting a dent in this book as as difficult as putting a dent in the Sarah J. Maas book I’m currently also reading.

You gotta be strong if you’re gonna be a Christian in the real world. And this girl has a lot of character development to get through. She’s too controlled by peer pressure.

Rereading this one because I have no recollection of what happened. Also, I was like 11 or 12 when I read it, and I wanna know if it would be a good read in general (now that I’m older).
