Status Updates From Head First Java

Giving this a try again. 1st time I tried it, I knew NOTHING about Java, so I tried to compile one of its early demonstrations... Now that I actually know some Java, I've also noticed its footnote kkkkkk that says you kind of should not compile it cause it's an illustration. Besides, I'm also reading Deitel's Java How to Program, doing some exercises etc. Talk about being obsessed kkkkkkkkkkkk

This book is actually funny. Silly but funny.

I've been working with Java for almost a year now and I was beginning to think I should do a formal study of the language. I picked this book up. Head Firsts are written unconventionally, they are real page turners. First 200 pages of the book felt like a refresher but now things are starting to get real. I don't know if I will learn what I want from this book but it sure is a good one for beginners.
