People’s thoughts, actions, and words are the product of three unique mental capacities: intelligence, emotional intelligence, and personality. That we can't predict one on the basis of the other, we can measure them collectively in any person. Intelligence is the least flexible of the three. Your IQ short of a traumatic event like a brain injury is fixed from a very young age.

The short answers trust. The mobilizer trusts people to a fault. She's confident in her abilities and doesn't see other people any differently the expert, on the other hand is her own toughest critic she's always looking to improve and is hard on herself whenever she makes a mistake though she doesn't always admit it...

The differences between the mobilizer and the expert profiles are unlikely to produce conflicts as fierce as those seen in other anti-type pairings the reason? These two are generally flexible, extroverted, and easygoing. They're highly social. Plus they don't have a strong need for control, so conflict seems to slide right off of them. Wow that makes them sound pretty fun to work with so where's the problem?
