Book is kind of slow. Gives me the same vibes/ feeling as the first book from Sarah j Maas. Pacing is slow and feels like the “first episode” to a series. Easy to put down, losing my attention. Gothic horror with curiosity. More fascination and lust shared between the main characters than relationship building.

Honestly I’m loving the banter here haha

This book is amazing! I kinda went in blind so I was surprised, pleasantly! Excited to see where it goes but I know I’m gonna want the next one

Am I reading every other book to avoid starting Iron Gold? Yes I am.
